Inspiration to Invitation: Ruby & Willow

Hello lovely Valley & Co. readers!! For this month’s inspiration to invitation column we’re taking our cue from the gorgeous tile work seen throughout countries like Turkey & Morocco. In rich brick tones and sumptuous golds it has me dreaming of a romantic night in the desert in a lantern lit tent!! Wouldn’t it make for a fabulous wedding set up?

I can feel different influences here – from Orthodox Christianity (lantern) and Islam (changing screen) all the way to African tribal religions (pattern on the invites). It makes this collage very rich and varied.
